Rayna (he/they) is a second-generation immigrant with roots in Malaysia and South India. He is a UBC student living and learning on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and sʔəl̀ilwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) nations. They are currently pursuing a degree in Cognitive Systems and minoring in ACAM. Rayna is very excited to be contributing to the ACAM community by sharing news and events. When not studying, Rayna can be found cooking, learning how to knit or taking care of their many plants.
